Woke @ 8 plus today and watched Naruto 5 episodes. Then, had dim sum in ss2 with my ex-uni mates. So nice to meet up after so long. Had the usual discussions bout work and crap. Later continued our session @ Honey Bee Cafe. Hehe... played chor tai ti and happy family.

While playing the happy family cards, we realised how silly we were when we were kids that such a game could keep us entertained. Got home to finish 5 more episodes of Naruto. Then, had dinner with family & came home to bum around. :p

God created a beautiful world. I never thought of the world as beautiful because my everyday was filled with so much issues which blinded my eyes. But recently God has been teaching me to look out of the world I live in. Even beautiful clouds can be something to look forward to.

In office now....it's a Saturday. Came in to do some work but can't resist not putting in an entry here this morning.

Was listening to a Chinese radio station yesterday....and thn there was this commercial or maybe a dj speaking in mandarin. He was making 3 to 4 statements about 'family'. I didn't really understand fully wat he was saying but watever he said, I think was this or at least, triggered this:-

1. Some pple have a family, appreciates and really know wat it means to have a family

2. Some pple have a family but does not appreciate or really know wat it means to have a family

3. Some pple longs to experience wat it means to have a family but they have no family

...to be continued...

Langkawi Trip - 19th to 21st Aug

So finally, we decided to make the trip from 18th to 21st August. PC would meet us in KL and we would be taking a bus on Wednesday night at Puduraya to begin our journey to Langkawi, the Land of Legends...altho i must say that we didn't experience much of the Legends...perhaps more of the alcohol.

to be continued......

Continued on 4th March 2006

Well the truth, only 2 nights of drinking, the rest of the trip was filled with great food, scenery and company. Everything there is just slow....unlike KL. If you want a relaxed and laidback life, you should stay there. Everything slow and steady. 45 minutes fried rice =p

Jus a few shots out of many FUN stuffs we did there....

Time Out During Snorkeling.... we paid quite alot for a ferry to bring us to a man-made snorkeling tourist spot. Not exactly the perfect snorkeling place but, it was ok. Main tourist attraction were baby sharks and a Barracuda.....

Cards and Malibu Session.... Chian got us 2 discounted rooms at  Berjaya Langkawi Beach and Spa Resort. Real COOL place! At the reception area, the buggy would come and pick us up to bring us to our resort, in the jungle.

Play Time @ Resort Beach.... Beach Football and Swimming

Me In a Skirt  =p

Boat Trip -Waiting @ Jetty.... We chartered a boat for RM200. Itinerary included: fish feeding, eagle feeding, cave exploration, fish farm visitation and sight seeing.

Fish Feeding.... Haha....

Eagle Feeding

30th October, 5.02pm

My 24th birthday passed by 2 days ago. Quite an exciting birthday this year as my birthday was celebrated since Wednesday night to Friday afternoon by a series of meals and meet ups with new and old friends.

Wednesday Night - dinner at Souled Out (collegue belanja) + sms + birthday song thru phone

Thursday - a series of smses + Stitch Birthday cake (courtesy of collegues) + family dinner (I belanja) + Coffee Bean session with my Buddy (ended in an unexpected manner) + Mafia Game, Soft Toy Session - Hahahaha and Photo taking Session with ex-Taman S.E.A CFians (LiYit, AhKong, Y.Meng, Rachael, Sharon, Christine, Priscilla) which ended at 2.30am

Friday - Lunch at a Thai restaurant....bcoz I like Tom Yam (collegues belanja)

Stitch Cake with Sugar House and Palm Trees - Made me felt like a kid. However, was good to feel young for that moment before I had to face the candles. According to sources, it seems that the presence of Stitch on my birthday was as a rememberance to the resemblance of my character with Stitch's dark side. A very interesting finding by my collegues.

It has been a custom for the celebration of birthdays in my department. Have been a part of many birthday celebrations. However, this is the first time I see pple so up-lifted and excited about the birthday cake. Perhaps, this type of cake is rare among young adults.

Harin(my region partner) disgustingly cutting up the cake

This is the only part of the celebration with photographs. Had a great time. I thank the Lord for his blessings in friendships....both for my new friends and old friends.
